At Chow Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items that are damaged, used, or returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
